The Lazzeri brothers' restaurant has always been a jewel of taste, enriched by the new dining room just a few metres from the ski slopes. So all you have to do is taste the rich menu, and if you want to try something new, just rely on the advice of Alberto, Daria, Daniela, chef Sergio and the dining room staff who are always friendly and ready to satisfy every request.

In each dish you can discover an aspect of our land, which we have tried to convey in our creations with research and passion. A rich menu with traditional dishes and proposals revisited in a modern key, for a truly unique journey through Valtellina.

In our restaurant you will find a wide selection of starters, first and second courses, and if you want to taste something new, just rely on our chef Sergio and the entire staff. To complete your dining experience, we also devote care and attention to the presentation of dishes, because we love to surprise you in every way.

Celebrating with us means totally relying on our staff. Together we will prepare the menu for your reception, and we will try to satisfy every request to ensure the success of the event. In addition to the possibility of reserving the entire indoor hall, we have a veranda ideal for hosting the aperitif buffet of your event.

Everything perfect

It will be worth you while to reach this restaurant 15 min. by car, above Bormio at Le Motte. Ask to book upstairs! The newest and nicest part. The owner, Alberto, will provide great advise on wines but also on his truly excellent food. Everything you'll order is of superior quality and great taste - the pizza's also good, but stick with the menu and try all their dishes. This is a must when you are in Bormio! (or on the way back from Livigno to Milan).

I recommend it

We’ve had dinner at the Le Motte on a Saturday night. It was pretty busy, but the staff handled it well, you could see that they’re realy hard at work! We’ve had soup, pizza and desert - everything was delicious. Menus are in italian, some of the staff does speak some english. The prices are really reasonable considering the food quality.

We had a great tip from a well-known local to dine here and once again we had great advice. A delicious meal, in particular excellent pizzoccheri (a local pasta dish) and we were recommended an excellent local wine. Good, friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant description is spot on - rustic and elegant.

We had a really nice evening here. Everything was tasty. They have seasonal specials which were amazing and highly recommended but everything we ordered was really tasty. If we'd been in the area longer we'd have gone back for another go. Highly recommend it!

We had a superb meal at the restaurant "Le Motte" where traditional food from Valtellina is served. Pizzoccheri, tagliata, malfatti al bitto, stinco, ecc.! And at the end wild blueberries with ice cream. All 5 stars!

Excellent

We had a dinner there with my partner's family, everything was delicious and the plates were very pretty. Beside all the traditionals dishes from the region, they offer different, fine, starters or mains. I took the carpaccio di pesce which was light and delicious! The lemon sorbet was generous, creamy and refreshing.

This place is truly exceptional all around for the superb quality of the food, good service, excellent wine section (the owner is a Sommelier) and the ambiance/setting is second to none. I have taken friends to this restaurant for years and never had anything ever go wrong! By the way not only the local cuisine is damn good here, also fish, if you can believe it.
